How do I sign a PDF on my phone?
Open sign.dokaudit.de in the browser of your iPhone or Android phone, select the PDF, tap “Signature” and draw with your finger. Then tap the spot in the document. No app needed.
Can I sign on my computer without drawing with the mouse?
Yes. Choose “With your phone”: a QR code appears on screen. Scan it with your phone camera, sign with your finger – the signature lands directly in the document on your computer. Alternatively, type your name or upload a photo of your signature.
Is the signature legally valid?
You add a simple electronic signature – an image of your signature. That is sufficient for many everyday cases such as forms, confirmations, quotes or private authorisations. Where the law requires a handwritten signature on paper, you need paper or a qualified electronic signature.
How much does it cost?
Uploading, placing and the preview are free. The finished PDF costs €1 per document, regardless of the number of pages or signatures. You receive an invoice by e-mail and pay by bank transfer.
Can I sign on several pages or add initials everywhere?

What happens to my data?
The uploaded PDF and the result are deleted automatically after 7 days. We do not store your drawn signature permanently; if you wish, only your own browser remembers it. We need your name and e-mail for the invoice.
